HOME RENTAL

The Homeowners Association Office of Club Santiago. Is not responsible for any rental homes and does not provide rental information of any kind. It is the responsibility of the tenant to choose correctly a certified real estate.
The tenants must ensure that the house they are renting is up to date with its social contributions so that they can enjoy the complementary services provided by the Association.
The use of any type of sound equipment is prohibited 24 hours a day inside the complex to avoid disturbing the order and tranquility of the rest of the neighbors.

The Property Owners Association of Club Santiago A.C. is not responsible for the purchase and sale of lots within the Club. If you are interested in buying a property, please verify that the deeds physically coincide with the polygonal of the lot. And that there are no outstanding maintenance fees.
